My Mini Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin

Late night baking. Because this ‘baking lust’ just can’t wait for the weekend. Thus, my current elated feeling of satisfaction. Definetely, muffinsanity!

So excited for this weekend’s baking sesh with friends. Will be trying a red velvet cupcake recipe by Laura Vitale for the first time. Nyaaah!
